The villa is located on the beautiful Mar Menor Golf Resort and there's much more to do than just play golf... it's just a 2 minute walk to Club MMGR where you can play padel & crazy golf, enjoy the heated pool and outdoor gym (at extra cost) or just relax in the bar and restaurant. There is also a supermarket close by and more bars and restaurants are available on El Boulevard just a short stroll away. There is also a 5* hotel & spa on the resort that offers spa & beauty treatments, an Irish bar and a few more restaurants . You will also have free access to the 14 communal pools on the resort.

Yes, there are 14 communal pools available on the resort for use during your stay at no extra charge. There are armbands available in the villa to wear when visiting the pools. These must be returned prior to departure otherwise a charge of €60 will be incurred.
Yes, there are air conditioning units in the main bedroom and living room plus ceiling fans in both bedrooms and living room.
The closest airport is Murcia (30km away) but Alicante is just over an hour away too.
